Brian Foy is a seasoned emergency medical professional and retired U.S. Marine with over 30 years of experience in operational leadership, tactical medicine, and emergency response. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Med Solutions LLC, a veteran-owned enterprise established in 2020, dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable medical training and services across tactical, corporate, and civilian sectors.

Certified as both a Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP) and Tactical Paramedic (TP-C), Brian has distinguished himself as a subject matter expert in high-threat medical response and organizational safety. Under his leadership, Eagle Med Solutions has become a respected provider of accredited training programs through the American Safety and Health Institute and the National Safety Council.
