CLOSE PROTECTION COURSE
Elite Level 5 International Close Protection

This programme is aimed at those who wish to undertake a close protection course to reputable training provider to obtain employment as stated in most international vacancies. The programme is also a progression from the Level 4 International Bodyguard accreditation and will give learners an enhanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the subjects of close protection. It covers the history of bodyguarding and evolution to close protection, roles and responsibilities of a CPO, surveillance exercises and teamwork in a CP environment
Tutors/assessors for this programme are required to:
- hold or be working towards a relevant tutor qualification i.e. L3 Education and Training or L3 Award in Delivering Training
- hold a level 3 Close Protection certificate proving over 100 hours of training
- hold a level 2 certificate in Conflict Management
- hold a level 3 certificate in Delivery of Conflict management
- have five years’ experience in Close Protection
