Mark Human

Mark Human – Board Member
Mark Human is serving as a Board Director at Canik Spy Ltd. He is also a Director at MDW and Personal Safety. Mark is tasked with quality control, research, testing, development, and presentation of training programs for private citizens, law enforcement, security, and military personnel. A large part of Mark’s focus is transferring course materials and presentation skills to MDW trainers and Personal Safety staff. For ACT RED, Mark is responsible for planning and implementing physical intrusion exercises of barriers, detection systems, and evaluating the response of security/reaction teams to breaches of external and internal security measures.
As an Instructor and Director of Personal Safety and MDW, Mark travels and presents workshops globally. He has delivered presentations and training workshops in South Africa, Kenya, Mauritius, Brazil, Panama, USA, France, Norway, Sweden, Lithuania, Austria, Australia, Thailand, Finland, Poland, Greece, Malaysia (University of Monash-KL), and the Philippines (Kali 3D International FMA Conference and IBC – International Bodyguard Conference hosted by Wodan in September 2019).
He is a curriculum developer and trainer for various South African Military (SASF-MRS-INFANTRY), national and provincial traffic units, law enforcement, private security firms, and nature conservation team members. While he has delivered general training for these institutions, his primary focus is on CQB, specialized segments of HRT, and “anormal” scenarios that enhance existing professional practices and operational skills.
Growing up in South Africa and later living in the USA, along with extensive global travel, has given Mark the perspective to recognize both cultural commonalities and differences. This allows him the flexibility to adapt universal security concepts and effectively transfer skills across various cultural contexts.
